When our clients use to have high level issues on theircommercial estates, you had no option on most occasions with out tested accessroutes, to invest in costly MEWP access, just to obtain initial costs andquotes, however here at NLSFM we utilised our Drone certified operative toundertake an arial survey to provide detailed reports to the client and savingthem larger upfront investments.

Our client had various EV Chargers installed on there commercial estate and had the issue of the EV Chargers being assigned to various tenants, however all of the chargers were connected to a single Electric Meter. Our solution of installing individual current readers has now allowed the client to charge individual tenants accurate amounts for there EV Charger usage.

Potholes can be caused on any road surface type and for many reasons, however the most common types are usually down to the weather, the age of some of original surfaces and the traffic usage on site.
